Step Inside The Homes Of These Oscar Nominees
The countdown to the 94th Academy Awards is officially on! As always, the list of nominees include some of Hollywood’s top A-listers, and we couldn’t help but give you a sneak peek into some of their lavish homes (and yachts!). From Steven Spielberg to Nicole Kidman, see where these famous directors and actors spend their time when they’re not on set.

Nicole Kidman: Nominated For Actress In A Leading Role, Being The Ricardos
When Nicole’s not busy portraying Lucille Ball, she’s busy adding to her stacked real estate portfolio with husband Keith Urban. The latest addition is an upscale Tribeca Condo, which they purchased in July 2020. The two bedroom condo is located in an Italian Renaissance Revival-style building that was previously a courthouse.
The apartments in the building feature oversized moldings, high ceilings, chevron oak flooring, Carrara marble countertops and state-of-the-art appliances.
Part of the allure for the Hollywood couple was the ability to come and go to the pied-à-terre while avoiding paparazzi. A sky garage allows homeowners to have their cars hydraulically lifted to their units.

Steven Spielberg: Nominated for Directing, West Side Story
The famous director and Academy Award winner has a long list of Oscar nominations, including his latest for the remake of West Side Story. While Steven sold this 282-foot yacht last year, the luxurious vessel was once part of his stacked collection of multimillion-dollar assets. The custom-built four-deck yacht was commissioned for Steven himself, with interior design and decor by Nuvolari & Lenard and Molly Isaken.

For the guests who don’t want to use the windy staircase when traveling between decks, they are welcome to use the luxurious glass elevator.
The wood-paneled main living space features multiple seating areas, a large TV, and a bar with Guinness beer on draft.
The circular dining room features floor-to-ceiling glass windows that open up to a teak deck, where guests can enjoy an alfresco dining experience from dusk to dawn.
The guest cabins are fitted with their own desks and seating areas, similar to a hotel.
Every cabin features ample storage and a private bathroom.
It’s no surprise that the world-famous director included a private screening room in his custom-made yacht. The mini movie theatre features plush sofas, a full bar, a baby grand piano and an unforgettable ocean view.
Kristen Stewart: Nominated For Actress In A Leading Role, Spencer
Last year, the Twilight star, who is nominated for her role as Princess Diana in Spencer, added a 1920s Mediterranean Revival-style estate to her long list of multi-million dollar homes. The home is located on one of the most desirable streets in the star-studded hillside neighborhood of Los Feliz.
Arched doors and passageways give instant character to the entrance, along with Mediterranean-inspired floor tiles and rustic ceiling beams.
A step-down living room features fortress-like ceiling beams, a fireplace and French doors that lead to a lush garden.

Will Smith: Nominated For Actor In A Leading Role, King Richard
The famous actor and singer recently portrayed Richard Williams in the biopic that sheds light on the upbringing of tennis players and sisters, Serena and Venus Williams. Last year, Will and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith added a Hidden Hills mansion to their real estate portfolio.
