Singer Fergie has sold her Mediterranean-style home in Solvang, Calif., for $3.7 million USD. Dirt reports the 5,456-square-foot property was custom built on a six-acre lot in 2013. The biggest selling point? The property has its own vineyard below the hilltop home.
