Blessed with both talent and looks, musician Joe Jonas and actor Sophie Turner are a young powerhouse couple. According to Dirt , they’re also on the move, listing their 1980s waterfront mansion in an exclusive Miami enclave for almost $17 million (after buying it for $11 million only a year ago).

Located in the exclusive community of Bay Point, this waterfront house is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s legendary creations. The Jonas-Turner home spans almost 10,500 square feet, with six bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms.
The couple engaged interior designer Sarah Ivory to refresh the interiors. With 30-foot-high ceilings, stone walls and a lush tropical entry, this mid-century-style estate is one-of-a-kind.
A gold-toned coffee table and deeply tufted, jewel-toned sofas sit centre stage in the double-height living room. A plum-hued silk rug grounds the space, which is topped by a lavender glass chandelier.
The formal dining area has hand-painted jungle themed de Gournay wallpaper. The vintage Venetian glass chandelier and bamboo chairs (painted a very Lilly Pulitzer shade of green) add to the room’s old-school Palm Beach vibe.
Other highlights include a sleek, chef-style kitchen arranged around a double-wide waterfall island.
The family room showcases a meandering Hans Hopfer-designed sofa covered in a kaleidoscopic array of fabrics from Missoni Home. Expansive windows and doors allow for easy access to indoor and outdoor spaces.
This billiard room is packed with mid-century-inspired architectural details like wood built-ins, a stone fireplace, and a box panelled ceiling.
A watery wall color and multi-hued glass chandelier are appropriate choices for the Miami locale.
There’s a beautiful view of the palms from this sculptural tub. A nearby waterway features a 94-foot private dock with direct access to the bay and ocean.
Outside, amid lush foliage are two swimming pools, one for the grownups and the other for the tots. A low coral stone wall and a towering row of palm trees screens the pool from the dock.
This generous balcony deck has a beach-house vibe with tall palms for privacy from the paparazzi.
