Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and his model wife Behati Prinsloo have plunked down a whopping $52 million for Oakview, a sprawling Montecito estate. According to Dirt , the custom-designed 10,000-square-foot Georgian Colonial-style house was built in 2009 for actor Rob Lowe, and was designed to recall the homes in Rob’s birthplace of Charlottesville, VA. Adam and Behati are proving to be adept real estate flippers. In 2018, they sold their Beverly Hills mansion to Ellen DeGeneres, and the sprawling Pacific Palisades compound they bought from Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck in 2018 is now up for sale for $57.5M.
Set on 3.5 acres, Oakview contains six bedrooms and eight full baths — plenty of room to raise the couple’s two children, Dusty Rose, 5, and Gio, 4.
