Inside Adam Levine’s Stunning $52M Montecito Mansion
Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine and his model wife Behati Prinsloo have plunked down a whopping $52 million for Oakview, a sprawling Montecito estate. According to Dirt, the custom-designed 10,000-square-foot Georgian Colonial-style house was built in 2009 for actor Rob Lowe, and was designed to recall the homes in Rob’s birthplace of Charlottesville, VA. Adam and Behati are proving to be adept real estate flippers. In 2018, they sold their Beverly Hills mansion to Ellen DeGeneres, and the sprawling Pacific Palisades compound they bought from Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck in 2018 is now up for sale for $57.5M.
Set on 3.5 acres, Oakview contains six bedrooms and eight full baths — plenty of room to raise the couple’s two children, Dusty Rose, 5, and Gio, 4.

Set in the picturesque foothills of the Santa Ynez Mountain, Oakview boasts views of the bright blue Pacific and the Channel Islands. The grounds also include a two-bedroom guest house and a pool house. The back of the main house has porches that look out to the Pacific — while other outdoor features include a motor court, an outdoor living room with a fireplace, a pool and a sunken tennis court.
The clapboard house is a heady mix of East Coast trad and Southern charm. The exterior has classic touches like double-height Doric columns and a cupola.
