“It was important to us that the nursery would work for either gender,” says Ashley Cassidy Seale , the founder of creative studio Ruby Social Co. “This room was originally my at-home office so we repurposed the existing white walls and added a coat of sky blue paint to create a focal point for the crib.”

Toronto prop and craft stylist Rayna Marlee created a neutral nursery for her son Benson Lief that is anything but boring. “The beach is my happy place, so I wanted to share this with Benson through the way I decorated it,” she says. Blond wood, whites and wovens create a serene sleep sanctuary.
