Spiced Berry Beret cocktail
“An explosion of berry flavors paired with reposado tequila, this Sangria-inspired punch is too good to last the entire party! My mother used to make Sangria with cinnamon infused orange juice, cassis, and boxed wine. While I always thought it was an amazing party trick, I never admitted that to her. So, this is an ode to my mother, and the many pitchers of Sangria I snuck a taste from. Have fun and make lots of substitutions—anything goes with this one.” – Evelyn Chick

Winter in Niagara Cocktail
“The pride and joy of the Niagara region of Canada is Icewine. And while it may take more effort to produce, the resulting silky-sweet nectar is totally worth it. Icewine adds body, acidity, and a great depth of flavor to shaken or stirred cocktails while also contributing tree fruit notes, like peach and apricot, as well as distinct smokiness and evergreen qualities. If you’ve not been to the Niagara region in the winter, this drink will definitely transport you there.” – Evelyn Chick

Zero Hero Non-Alcoholic Cocktail
“This stirred hero cocktail (a cocktail that can be the main character on any drink menu) will save the day with flavors of allspice, clove, and salted grapefruit. Verjus is a tart, grape-based ingredient that you can use to elongate any drink, and is particularly useful in adding depth to non-alcoholic concoctions.” – Evelyn Chick
