Emma Stone’s Adorable Cottagecore L.A. Home Lists For $3.9M
In a world of Hollywood mega mansions, actress Emma Stone’s Westwood two-storey villa is refreshingly quaint. Despite that innate charm, Emma (who recently snagged a Golden Globe for Poor Things) is listing the four-bedroom Los Angeles home for $3.995 million according to Mansion Global. Sited on a petite 0.15 acres, this villa has a Spanish-style exterior and plenty of punchy color inside.
Emma, who has a two-year-old daughter with writer-director Dave McCary, bought the 3,276-square-foot property for $2.3 million in 2019 and has been using the home as a pied-à-terre when she and her family are in L.A.

Located in L.A.’s Comstock Hills, Emma’s Spanish-style house was built in 1926.
Wide-plank floors, a rustic table and groupings of still life paintings are homespun notes in the front entry.
Emma embraces color in the living room, painting the ceiling a pistachio green (the beamed ceilings are original) and punching up an aqua sofa with pink pillows.
A floral theme appears in the dining room, where shabby chic flower paintings grow happily beside armchairs upholstered in a poppy fabric, with peridot accents throughout.
Located off the kitchen, this seating area is proof that Emma is a huge dog lover. A gallery of canine portraits top a velvet aquamarine sofa.
Emma made an addition to the back of the house to expand the kitchen. The centrepiece of this vaulted room is the turquoise enamel stove (a favorite hue that pops up in several rooms) and scalloped range hood cover. Woven bistro chairs add to the vintage charm.
Morning glory wallpaper and a tulip-shaped sink establish a garden theme going in the powder room, while the neon green vanity is electric.
This bedroom has a shapely, Kit-Kemp style headboard upholstered in Schumacher’s famous Citrus Grove fabric. A quilted coverlet and whimsical painted dresser are cottagecore staples.
This charming principal bathroom has an old fashioned clawfoot tub and handheld sprays, but it’s the fresh green wallpaper and scalloped pendant that really shine.
The palette of this bedroom captures the typically clear blue skies in Southern California with another statement headboard in a cheery shade.
Beadboard wainscotting, cross taps and penny tiles are timeless accents in this bathroom.
The nursery is a cheery space for Emma’s toddler, Louise, to wake up to with lively animal-themed wallpaper, a vintage-look wrought iron crib, and red dresser.
Emma built a new guest house so family and friends could have extended stays. Robin’s Egg blue accents and a white palette make the space a soothing escape.
Tropical plants thrive in turquoise planters on the courtyard located off the living room.
