Larry David Lists His Normandy-Inspired House In Montecito For $7.5M
Curb Your Enthusiasm co-creator and star Larry David is bidding adieu to his French Normandy-inspired cottage in Montecito according to the Robb Report. Listed for US $7.5 million, the house was designed by architect George Washington Smith, the Father of Spanish Colonial Revival-style architecture.
The 2,900-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms. Located in the heart of Montecito’s Hedgerow neighborhood, this 1929 French Normandy-style home has lush gardens, and inside, it’s full of Euro charm.
