Peek Inside Mariah Carey’s Atlanta House
Pop star Mariah Carey has sold her Atlanta-area home for $4.3 million, about $1.35 million less than she paid for the house at the height of the pandemic, according to Mansion Global. The roughly 4-acre property is located in Sandy Springs, a suburb just outside of Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. The Colonial-style house, built in the 1990s, measures about 12,600 square feet with 9 bedrooms.

Featuring classic southern architecture, the Stephen Fuller-designed house has a brick façade, white columns and a circular driveway, in addition to a three-car garage.
The foyer is embellished with crown moldings, millwork and arched doorways.
The living room is flooded with natural light through a pair of French doors that open to the backyard.
An arched niche frames a mirror in the dining room. White wainscotting accents the fresh green walls.
At the heart of the house is a grand kitchen with a massive marble island, bespoke cabinets, a breakfast alcove and top-of-the-line appliances.
A wood-panelled library has dentil molding and a cozy fireplace.
The oversized primary suite has a private balcony, fireplace, built-in shelves, morning bar and a spacious closet with custom shelving and storage.
Cotton-candy pink walls and a built-in makeup vanity make the primary ensuite a feminine primping area.
The grounds include a pool and tennis court with plenty of chairs for lounging.
